Department of English Translation and Interpreting of our Faculty took part in the EU Project coordinated by Ankara Hacı Bayram University in partnership with Kafkas University, Trabzon University and Adana Alparslan Türkeş University. The KA130 Higher Education Mobility Consortium Accreditation for Higher Education Mobility Consortium Accreditation application, which was accepted by the National Agency entitled as "ACQUIST: Advancing Capabilities and Quality in EU Acquis Translation", mainly aims to improve translation practices and increase the skills of translators and interpreters who facilitate communication between EU and Türkiye. Through this accreditation we have increased Erasmus+ internship opportunities for our students and teaching-training opportunities for our academic staff.
