It was held by Bursa Technical University Erasmus+ Coordinatorship on 12.09.2024 at Ali Sürmen Hall of Mimar Sinan Campus of our University. The meeting started with the opening speech of Prof. Dr. Hilal YILDIRIR KESER, Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator, who gave information about the latest changes in the scope of Erasmus+ and current projects. Prof. Dr. Hilal YILDIRIR KESER emphasised that the KA131 project budget has doubled compared to last year and that we are ranked 2nd in Turkey in terms of the number of projects receiving grants under KA171. In addition, she expressed that she is extremely happy to be the coordinator of a Consortium project and a partner of a Consortium project on behalf of our university.

Afterwards, our International Relations Office Staff, Lect. Aline SARIYILDIZ made a detailed presentation on study mobility, internship mobility and adjustment procedures. Emphasising the importance of ‘Bilateral Agreements’, which are vital in mobility, Lect. Aline SARIYILDIZ drew attention to the importance of the number of agreements in grant increases. Subsequently, Lect. Ali KILIÇ shared detailed information about Staff Mobility processes and KA171 programme.

Our meeting, in which Erasmus + Department coordinators and department adjustment commission members of our university showed interest with their participation, was concluded by answering the questions asked.
