Internship Students Gathered at BTU

Bursa Technical University (BTU) is part of the internship opportunities provided by the Presidency Human Resources Office (CBİKO) to ensure that university students benefit from internships offered by public institutions and private sector organizations, in line with principles of merit and equal opportunities. BTU aims to enhance the employability of young people through an innovative and trackable evaluation method.

Meeting with Internship Students

In this context, Prof. Dr. Barış Tamer Tonguç, Vice Rector of BTU, along with Doç. Dr. Hasan Şahin, Director of the Career Development Application and Research Center, Doç. Dr. Ebru Kamacı Karahan, Deputy Director, and Lecturer Ceyda Taşçıoğlu, met with students who are currently undertaking internships at BTU. The meeting served as a platform for students to ask questions and share feedback.

Exploring Internship Opportunities

The meeting, which brought together students interning at various BTU units and the university administration, focused on academic, professional, artistic, social, and sports-related internship opportunities. The students are gaining both theoretical and practical experience during their internships in various units such as:

Civil Engineering Geotechnical Laboratories

International Relations Office

Department of Food Engineering

Quality Coordination

Corporate Communication Coordination

Central Research Laboratories

Technology Transfer Office

These students will continue their training throughout the summer, further developing their knowledge and skills in their respective fields.
